Howard George

CEO of Receivables Performance Management LLC

Howard has worked in the collection industry since 1983. He began his career as a collector for Continental Credit Services. In 1989 he became the Vice President of Operations for Continental Alliance Inc, overseeing 250 employees in 11 offices in the Western United States. In 1999 he became Vice President of the Western Region Telecom & Utilities Division for OSI Collection Services Inc. His responsibilities included annual revenues of $16 million. In August, 2002, he became CEO and founder of Receivables Performance Management LLC. RPM has grown to 370 employees with branches in two locations, 2009 estimated revenue of over $18,300,000 and current active debt portfolios of $3.7 billion. Howard enjoys golfing, playing the guitar, family time and his new grandson.

Chris Vittoz

Chris Vittoz

CFO of Receivables Performance Management LLC

Chris graduated from the University of Michigan in 1998 with a degree in Economics. He joined Hewitt Associates, LLC, utilizing various analytical modeling tools to develop processes and improvements in the operation of client 401(k) plans. He left Hewitt Associates and joined Receivables Performance Management in 2003. Chris is currently responsible for overseeing the operations and strategy components across the company.

Chris is an amateur runner and climber, having finished several marathons and climbs in the Cascades and Rockies. He currently resides in Woodinville, Washington, conveniently adjacent to a 25-mile running trail.

Keith Brammer

VP of Business Development

Keith began working in the Account Receivables Management industry in 1988 with Scottsdale Memorial Hospital. Keith joined the Continental Credit Services team in 1990 as an experienced Account Representative, and entered management in 1993. Keith had increased his responsibility to Collection Department Manager/Operational Analyst by 1998 overseeing two (2) Supervisors and 35 collectors. Keith gained invaluable experience working with such clients as US West, Qwest, Bank of America, Household Finance, Sprint, MCI WorldCom and AT&T Wireless, and many others. In the year 2000, Keith was promoted to Branch Manager with Continental Alliance, which had merged with two other regional agencies to become OSI Outsourcing Solutions. Keith assisted with a temporary Branch Manager assignment in Anchorage, AK and then subsequently relocated as Branch Manager to Denver, Colorado. When the decision was made by OSI to close the Denver, CO branch, Keith remained in Denver. Keith accepted a position with First Revenue Assurance of Denver, CO and managed the entire relationship for T-Mobile Telecommunications. Keith joined RPM in 2006 as Director of Business Development and brings unique insight to business development with his lengthy operational and analytical background. Keith possesses the breadth of experience in operations, analytics and business development to provide unique insight to all client relationships.

Mark Case

Mark Case

Director of Compliance and General Counsel

Mark graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in Business Administration in 2002 and received his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2006. Prior to joining RPM, Mark was a Senior Associate Attorney at Washington’s largest collection law firm where he consistently lead the firm in collection revenue for nearly a five year period. Mark’s prior industry experience and familiarity with FDCPA and other federal regulations allow him to advise and implement compliance initiatives throughout the company as well as defend and consult with outside counsel against nuisance litigation.

Away from the office, Mark is a family man who enjoys being with his wife and three young children. Mark is an avid golfer, season ticket holder for the Seattle Seahawks, and travels to Spokane for as many games as possible to cheer on the Gonzaga Bulldogs basketball team.

Lukasz Wojnowski

Lukasz Wojnowski

Director of Information Technology

Lukasz has worked at RPM since 2005. Lukasz was born in Poland, Europe and moved to Washington State in 1996. He attended University of Washington with an emphasis in English until he started work at RPM in 2005. Lukasz spent five years learning software programming in the PICK language as well as managing the I.T. department, after which he took over the role of Director of I.T. in 2011. Now Lukasz oversees a staff of in-house programmers, two contractor companies, and is responsible for all technical aspects of the collection business at RPM from hardware management to client interfaces.

Lukasz conveniently lives within minutes of the office and in his spare time enjoys playing video games, reading, and spending quality time with his dog.

Kamal Iqachaden

Director of Operations

Kamal has been in the collections industry since 1997. He joined RPM in the Summer of 2007. He previously served as the general manager at OSI running the Tukwila Government Services office. Kamal has a BA in business from Seattle University.

Kamal enjoys playing tennis, playing cards, and spending time with his family.

Sam Matthews

Sam Matthews

Director of Operations

Sam has worked in the collection industry since the year 2000. He joined the RPM team in 2014 and his previous experience includes both private lenders and governmental entities. He began his career as a collector for Portfolio Recovery Associates (PRA), as an Executive Operations Manager. Included in his achievements with PRA, he was charged with opening their Jackson, TN office with 250 Collection Representatives. In 2008, Sam joined the Management team at Financial Asset Management Systems; where he managed the Student Loan collection department in St Charles, MO. Prior to collections, Sam served 8 years in the US Army as an Armored Reconnaissance Specialist.

In his spare time Sam likes to golf, fish, and spend time outdoors.

Jason Clark

Senior Director of Finance and Strategy

Jason has worked in the collection industry since 1995. Beginning his career with Accelerated Bureau of Collections as a Collection Representative, he quickly climbed through the ranks of Operations Management, overseeing regional call centers. In 2000 he became Vice President of Operations and Analysis for OSI Collection Services with responsibilities of strategic growth, analytical data mining and reporting. He also managed oversight of the consolidation of multiple collection software platforms in the Financial Services division. Since then, Jason has held senior leadership positions at Omnium Worldwide, First National Bank of Omaha and for 4 years, he owned and operated a successful collection agency specializing in legal collections through a vast legal network.

Jason enjoys spending time with his children, playing music and golf.

Jesse Miller

Jesse Miller

Director of Corporate Services

Jesse began his career with RPM in December, 2005 as a Collection Representative, which led to him becoming an Operations Manager for three years. Jesse brings extensive experience in Operations Supervision, Analytics, Predictive Dialer Management, as well as Corporate Services. Jesse was next provided an opportunity to manage RPM's Corporate Services team for a period of one year. Afterwards, Jesse then spent an additional year returning to the operations team in the role of strategy and analytics. Jesse most recently rounded out his experience with a six month assignment serving in the IT group. In this role, Jesse learned how to do some code writing, as well as other IT related functions. All of us here at RPM believe that with his well-rounded experience, Jesse will be able to offer excellent customer support. Jesse is also working on creating internal departmental systematic controls and automating processes to ensure data is accurate and prompt. And we firmly believe Jesse will make an excellent Director of Corporate Services.
